This sumptuous 2 bed apartment, has two bedrooms, one twin and one double. This spacious apartment is well laid out with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge area with TV. The lounge also has patio doors opening out onto a roomy balcony, which has a pool view and patio furniture.

Based in Ilios 2, it is situated to the west of Kato Paphos, in a residential area within walking distance of the Old Harbour, shops and tavernas. It is a select development of houses and apartments, with a large pool in well maintained beautiful landscaped communal area. Ideally located for those who like to walk, have a round of golf, as well as for beach holidays. The Old town, with it's many shops and municipal market is about a 20 minute walk away. There are also many archaeological sites, such as the old fort and the mosaics a similar distance away.

This stylish apartment, is set within this beautifully landscaped complex with a large communal pool. Built by a prestigious house builder and furnished to a high standard it is just two years old and is on the first floor with a communal lift.

There are public beaches along the coast in the port area but the best beaches are only 10 mins drive or bus away. Locally there are local shops, restaurants, bars and a bowling alley, all within easy walking distance.

Basically Kato Paphos is a charming coastal town and holiday resort that entices visitors to return year after year. It has an unparalleled mixture of facilities to suit all tastes and budgets and is a very safe environment for a family holiday. It offers lively nightlife, if you want it, beautiful beaches and very friendly people! The cuisine is good and varied, ranging from traditional Cypriot, Japanese to fish & chips! The active holiday maker can play a round of golf nearby, the children will love the water park and for the more adventurous, mini-cruises are available to Greece, Italy, Egypt, Israel & Lebanon. Being a world heritage site, it also boasts an overwhelming abundance of archaeological treasures to be explored. However, just sitting in the sunshine with a cool drink in one of the pavement cafes around the old fishing harbour, is a delightful way to relax and watch the world go by!
