We do not charge for owners to advertise their properties on this web site. However, we do operate a 10% commission system, whereby if an enquiry comes through for your property, we would pass the client directly on to you and give them your contact details. If the client subsequently books your property, we would expect a 10% payment of the total rental charged to be paid to us immediately after the reservation deposit payment from the client had cleared.
We ask for at least 4 photos and a full, accurate, description of the property and surrounding area and local facilities, along with any additional local charges for departure clean etc.
